The Jackson Township Trustees will hold a meeting during on February 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. for consideration of the following:


A settlement agreement in the case Leonard Enterprises, Ltd v. Jackson Township, et al, Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, Case No. 2025 CV 2083, pertaining to the following zone change request: Applicant – Clark Leonard; Requesting a zone change from General Business (B-1) to General Industrial (I-2). The property is 12926 Mahoning Ave, parcel 50-006-0-019.00-0, 58.3 acres with 1,002 feet of frontage on the North side of Mahoning Avenue approximately 1,696 feet West from the intersection of Bailey Rd and Mahoning Ave. Copies of the proposed settlement agreement will be available for public inspection at the Township Administration office during regular business hours.


Case 2026-01ZC Applicant: Crawford Hoying 6640 Riverside Dr. Suite 500 Dublin, OH. The applicant is requesting a zone change from General Business (B-1) to General Industrial (I-2). The property is a portion of parcel 50-006-0-021.00-0 located on Mahoning Ave approximately 22 acres with 1,250 feet of frontage on the North Side of Mahoning Avenue approximately 285 feet west from the intersection of Bailey Rd and Mahoning Ave and has public water and sewer available.


Any interested party will be afforded an opportunity to be heard on these matters and upon conclusion of the hearing the Trustees may act on the issues.
