Public Hearing - Nov. 12

The Jackson Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. Jackson Township Government Center, 10613 Mahoning Avenue to hear and upon conclusion will give recommendation to the Jackson Township Trustees for final determination the following amendment to the Jackson Township Zoning Resolution:

Case 2025-06ZC Amending Section 290.06 and 290.09

Notice of public hearing by Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees to include posting on the township web site and social media account to serve as notice, and amending Section 290.11 Action by the Board of Trustees to reflect a majority vote by Trustees. Any interested party will be afforded an opportunity to be heard on this matter and upon conclusion of the hearing the Zoning Commission will forward a recommendation to the Jackson Township Trustees for further determination.
