Public Hearing - Mar. 10

The Jackson Township Trustees will hold a public hearing at their regular monthly

meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Jackson Township

Government Center, 10613 Mahoning Avenue to hear and upon conclusion may

make a final determination the following: Case 2026-02ZC Applicant: Jackson

Township. Amending Chapter 310 of the zoning resolution to create a new RDD

Residential Development District. The new district is intended to permit higher density

housing where public water and sewer is available. Any interested party will be afforded

an opportunity to be heard on this matter. All testimony of support or concern must be
