Public Hearing - Feb. 11

The Jackson Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regular

monthly meeting on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. Jackson Township

Government Center, 10613 Mahoning Avenue to hear and upon conclusion will give

recommendation to the Jackson Township Trustees for final determination the following:

Case 2026-02ZC Applicant: Jackson Township. Amending Chapter 310 of the zoning

resolution to create a new RDD Residential Development District. The new district is

intended to permit higher density housing where public water and sewer is available.

Any interested party will be afforded an opportunity to be heard on this matter and upon

conclusion of the hearing the Zoning Commission will forward a recommendation to the

Jackson Township Trustees for further determination. All testimony of support or
